This is a 100% legit hidden Gem! Hands down the best Ramen we ever had anywhere in the World! To start with you need to know that this is a "Cash Only" restaurant so Bring Cash. This place opens at 6pm on the nose and has 10 seats - get here about 10-15min early and wait for them to open at 6pm on the nose . . . otherwise they have a very nice bench for you outside where you can wait and watch the rest of us finish our dinner. Everything is made from scratch in their fully transparent ultra clean kitchen right before your eyes. We were confused on the ordering so we went with the two pieces of pork. In hindsight we should have ordered the 4 extra pork pieces, egg option and the extra noodle option. That said, the regular order was completely satisfying. I ordered the creamy pork with soy sauce and my wife ordered the creamy pork with miso. They were so good we were tempted to order a second round. Do not think about this place . . . Run as fast as you can to get here and enjoy a true...
Read moreThis restaurant takes ramen seriously!!!! It was a fantastic taste experience. Probably one of the best ramen restaurants in Nara.
The soup is tonkotsu based and you can order with Shio (salt), Shoyu (soy sauce) and Miso. The soup is creamy and delicious. They don’t use MSG.
The chashu is out of this world - the meat is so tender and full of flavour. Truly amazing.
The noodles are a perfect complement to the soup base. The perfect texture and thickness are in perfect harmony.
Another thing that impressed me about this restaurant is that they take Corona prevention very seriously. Temperature check when you enter. You asked to refrain from talking and do not use a cell phone while inside. There is alcoholic sanitizer at each seat.
The restaurant is small so large groups might have to wait. I didn’t see an English menu so use Google Translate.
I’m looking forward to coming here again - a great place...

I was so full but wanted so badly to order another bowl— this place opens only in the evenings, and on alternative days.
The gyoza is also better...
