Horrible. Horrendous. Horrific. These are the three words I would use to describe this terrible soufflé pancakes. As tourists recently coming to Osaka we were so excited to try the soufflé pancakes. As we enter the restaurant there weren’t too many people there, that was our first sign to go and RUN. We place our order and we go to the front to see and the staff tell us that we have to have a meal each. We had two adults and three children. How can you expect children to get a meal each? We order a few drinks to make up for the meals instead of paying ¥2500 for more meals. The meals come out and the soufflé pancakes look alright and the French toast looks good. We eat the soufflé pancakes just for them to taste like boiled eggs. The French toast was better as there was crisp but considering that there restaurant is know for their soufflé pancakes makes this even more disappointing. The service was horrible as they aren’t nice to tourists. The drinks are filled with ice and my children decided to take out the ice to see how much liquid there was. The end result was shocking as there was barely any liquid. Don’t let these good...

The menu changing everyday. we were there 2 days in a week.both before 11am. First time we ordered fluffy pancake as we were told the Macha comes only available after 11am. The 2nd time we were back but menu seems different. Fluffy pancake(even the regular one) is not even an option , staff said no fluffy pancakes before 11am. We explained we had it 2 days ago during breakfast time but the staff just ignored us with no further explanations. If u have the time for the inconsistency , worth for a try. Other breakfast options are good.

By the time we done the breakfast , it was close to11am..so we thought we might just stay longer and try the macha pancake since we were not in rush. We waited patiently but after 27mins we had to follow up on our order coz it seems a bit too long ..my husband were told to wait for further 40MINS. Seriously !67mins for a pancakes ??

I also noticed the staff has no smile and not very welcoming or maybe they are super busy. They try to turn away and avoid your eye contact as much...

NOT FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS

The owner is very INCONSIDERATE of her customer but is more after her sitting capacity and PROFIT. We do understand that the outdoor is a smoking area, and there was a heavy smoker beside our table.

We endured the whole time while we were eating the smoke. However, after eating, we requested our kids to sit in an empty seat far from the smoker.

The owner got angry and asked our kids to go back to their table. We tried to reason out with her that there are smoker and that we were willing to move when there is already a customer but she pointed to have our kids move back to our table.
