Coffee Taiga — Restaurant in Osaka

This coffee shop has excellent coffee and a kind, friendly owner but it really misses the point on many things. First, how would I have found it if it wasn’t for Google Maps? It took a long time as there is NO sign. Second, why play hip hop in a coffee shop? It’s cool almost everywhere else, but it isn’t relaxing. Third, it isn’t inviting. The benches are hard and the cushions do not make it any easier. I want to give this place higher but my back hurt after one latte, so I had to leave. Too bad....

I visited Coffee Taiga this morning and it was a pleasant surprise. I went there pretty early, before 9, so I was pretty much the only person there, but the atmosphere was very charming. The place itself is cute and small, and has no tables that I can remember, but you can have a seat on the bench next to the windows. The best part though, was the excellent food (latte and donut), and the service. The guy at the counter (not sure if he was the owner) was very welcoming and spoke English. Would...

The store has great decoration, and the atmosphere is great with the music. We were pleased with the iced latte, the roast of the coffee had good notes without being overly bitter. I personally enjoyed the mix of decorations...
