Terrible service. I was full but my mom wanted to stop for afternoon coffee and cake. The lady/owner working at the counter forced me to get a drink + food as well or else she wouldn't let me sit. As we were eating, my mom was on the phone while she charged it to one of the many outlets available. We walked in the store because the store front looked very nice. I asked if we can sit upstairs and the lady keeps on repeating we have to order first, and I HAVE to order coffee + cake. It's a super nice cafe with tasty sweet things. I am just writing this review to tell @Sammie Ji that you are such a Karren. This is Nakazakicho, and old town district turned into cafe area. The cafes are small and cozy and contribute to the overall vibes of the district. You have to order at at least that much to keep that district alive.
