I showed up without reservation on a random Friday night and the staff happily greeted me in English at the door. They helped set me up at one of the counter PC gaming setups they have, which has steam pre-installed. In addition, there is a large variety of controllers available for use for any type of game you'd like to play.

As for food and drink, it's all handled by a QR code ordering system, so you don't need to interact with the staff if you don't feel like it. At the same time, the staff there were really friendly and it was fun to chat about games together.

Unlimited alcoholic drinks & coffee, good selection of games, and plenty of loaner arcade sticks available. Allowed us to set up a console we brought, and had no issue with us hopping between booths/setups. Top notch location for fighting game fans.

Staff were very friendly, supportive, and talkative. Helped me with tech issues before I even had to ask. Approached me while I was queuing/in a match, chatted with me, cheered me on, and always kept my glass full. I never would've expected this level of hospitality from a cyber cafe.

First time visiting Japan, first time in Osaka, saw from a video that game bars here are a thing - went here, was wonderfully surprised.
