Good Times Reggae Bar — Restaurant in Osaka

My partner and I had the best time here! We came expecting to have a drink and hop to the next bar, but we ended up staying our whole night chatting to the lovely, interesting bartender and other patrons. They also have darts which we love and played for ages, with other locals too! But the bartender made it with his energy and conversation, he facilitated connection between everyone with his attitude and good vibes. Definitely a great spot to visit and reasonably priced (800-1000¥ per cocktail, all delicious and wonderfully mixed/not just fruit juice)....

I was originally looking for a hip hop bar but after seeing the reviews I decided to visit good times. I have no regrets, the owner Roy is an absolute gem and is fluent in both Japanese and English. He made me feel at home and his regular patrons are very friendly and likely to want to chat with you. I went 2 nights in a row an would absolutely recommend this place. Do yourself a favour and put this place on your list when visiting Osaka. I will definitely be back...

This place is such a good vibe for Reggae in Osaka. I was the only one in there when I entered but it was a Wednesday night. Roy, the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about Reggae music and truly loves the genre. Striked up a conversation with him about Buju Banton and Vybz Kartel and he knew exactly what I was referring too. GREAT selection of alcohol to choose from and Kirin on tap which is very smooth. I would recommend coming here for some reggae...
