I have been more than 5 times in this resturant and I recommended it to many friends however this last time there was another staff a man with pony tail a disrespected person When i first got inside he bring me a list of booked peoples names and showing me without telling me anything just asking me where is my name!!! No welcome or nothing just the list in my face .. and i said do you mean if i have booked earlier i just walk in without booking… then he raised his hand and said just wait .. the restaurant have plenty of space He just went inside and came back and said ok go to this table Anyway we ordered and start to eat, another staff served us and she was so polite and respectful and welcoming There were other muslims on the tabels beside our table but we cant see them only hear them So one of them asked for miso soup .. so this staff responding with every foreigner with loud voice and when the guy asked for the free miso soup the staff said bossfoly is this your first time !!! You dont know the rules!!! I was with a japnese person and he noticed also that its not polite to treat customers and foreigners like this .. and many are tourists and they dont know culture well but we know that man is treating the costumers looking down at them
So we finished and went to pay .. i push the ring and he suddenly came out from down and with loud voice … waaait …. And i also with loud voice said haaaaai in japanese After that he knew that i live here so he lower his voice .. and my bill was around 2700¥ and when i gave him the parking ticket he said no we cant give you free parking if you dont order over 3000¥ and i didnt know that and always other staff pushed the ticket and gave me free parking So i said im always a customer here and other staff always gave me the free parking and i didnt know that i have to order over 3000¥ this is first time i know about it so he came out and leave the cashier and asking me which staff gave me a free parking and they need to hold her to account!!! Omg see the mentality So i didnt show him which staff So i paid extra just for parking So he showed small notice paper on the cashier table that nobody will notice And he looking to me with wide eye contact with anger .. i told him why you looking like that and he said why you angry on me I told him that he is a racist and disrespectful person and you shouldnt raise your voice on those foreigners .. maybe they dont know japanese but they know when someone disrespects them I said i know you looking down to them like they are low and stupid and i know your type of japnese but those people paying for your restaurant and your living at least don’t disrespect them or us
He didnt even care or apologize So i had to write here
I recommend my muslim brothers and sisters dont spend your money in place that disrespects us and to my foreigner friends specially who lives here they know what im talking about
We all should recommend what is good or bad...
Read moreCame here on the recommendation of someone else we met the day before and man was it worth it - easily the BEST meal we had our entire trip! If I ever come back to Japan one day, I will for sure come back to Osaka just to eat here again. First time I ever had halal yakiniku. I never liked beef very much and I do realize after this that beef is just not for me, but nevertheless it was great just getting to try everything (make sure to add the salt to get some flavor to come out). If you do come, definitely make reservations and do the 2 hour course because that's easily the best value. Just keep in mind the entire table will have to order the same, especially if you want the Kobe beef which only comes with the most expensive course option. And be sure to order the chicken nuggets and fries - they were fantastic!
Apparently this is a much better value than Panga because it's cheaper and you get Kobe beef too. Service was great, and location was a little annoying to find: if you taxi here, make sure they drop you off to the OCAT building NOT the OCAT station, which is on the other side of the...

There are basically 2 menu to choose from. Either d red or d black. We made our choices and had our orders sent within minutes.. it felt surreal since we were grilling once the dishes were sent to us. We apologise for not putting up more pix.. but the experience and food overwhelmed our desires to grab those shots...hahaha...
The meat are so fresh and tender, and its really very tasty. We had 4 additional orders of d beef and in all, had 5 sets of d beef buffet. Kids loved them and even order rice and fries on top of the food we had ordered earlier. A totally worth the time and effort looking for this.
In fact, if u wana rest and fold your feet by sitting on a flat area, they actually have a dedicated area for you.. but we wanted d chair type to make sure we get to eat our fill..heheheh... so ya, for those who havent tried coming here, pls do.. we recommend...
