The mille crepe was absolutely delicious. I waited about 20 minutes to be seated. The drinks came out fairly quickly after ordering, but the cake took around 30 minutes to arrive. I honestly thought they were baking and slicing the cake to order! 😅 My friend’s hot tea had completely cooled down by the time the cake was served. When we asked for some hot water, it felt like they were warming it up drop by drop… It seems that everything you order here takes around 30 minutes to come out. I ended up ordering another mille crepe because it was so good — that one also took exactly 27 minutes. I’m still not sure why it takes so long just to slice and serve a cake. Other branches don’t take this much time, but still, since it’s very tasty, I recommend ordering everything you want at once rather than...

Seriously this place has been way to much overrated. There are many travelers there I think it’s just one time deal. My daughter and I went there during a working day afternoon…the queue took us 25 minutes…we ordered crepe cake and melon cake with two drinks (it’s mandatory to order at least one drink per person), which is fine…but ridiculously the drink took us over 30 minutes to wait.! I dont know all the waitress what they are busying for…and they must forgot our order. The atmosphere is very crowded and noisy. Service way behind other find dessert shops. I highly recommend not going as there are way many nicer dessert places in OSAKA. I will never be back,...

so we’ve been to Harbs several times and it had always been satisfactory. this time, it was not up to par. the lemon pasta was way too salty and we asked the waitress to see if they could make it less salty or remake it and it was an emphatic ‘No!’ Well, we ended up not taking another bite and it left a bad taste in our mouth, no pun intended. nope, the chef should have offered to remake it. not everyone’s taste is the same and i guess voicing your displeasure in Japan in frown upon. hopefully this was a branch specific experience. rest assured we are not coming back to this particular one at Daimaru Osaka. Be ready to down a lot of H2O...
