I had a hot chocolate but they specialise in specialty coffee. The barista seems to be very experienced. The environment is very comfortable spacious and clean. This place put me at ease on the first impression. The very friendly staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Mainly (all?) female staff. Comfortable and diverse seating. Gentle lighting. Big windows. Wooden interior. Natural light. Small private terrace. Good for studying or reading. Music is not too loud and not too bad. Clean bathrooms. They seem to be going for a sort of modern hotel vibe. Private members only vibe.
They have coffee tickets!
Suggestions for improvement: -The price of drinks is high 580+ and the size and amounts are small. For this price I would expect something 'extra' for luxury effect-- (e.g. small snack, larger size, served on a tray, coffee description card, or something to that effect). -If you only use the café (not the co-working space) you cannot use wi-fi or outlets. -No decaf options. -No bring-your-own-cup eco discount. -No point card. -The terrace seats look rather...
Read moreGreat spot if you want to come and relax over a warm cup. I spent yesterday morning looking at some of the art they are currently displaying while drinking a coffee hand dripped by Shuri chan! She has a selection of sweet good there muffins and the like. Would recommend if your in the area super friendly can speak English and very knowledgeable on coffee. She is currently using beans from local Kansai roasters a light roast, medium and darker. So depending on your preference she will make you a delicious cup. Very new and spacious setting. Seems to be a renal workspace, super clean and new. Some plugs are available if you ask to charge your phone or maybe stuck in a pinch.
Enjoy...
Read moreThe place was nice and the coffee was good too. But I decided to have it there instead of take away as I was running out of battery and wanted to charge my phone. After some minutes sitting down a guy came and told me that if I havent paid for the “co-working” service then I couldnt charge my phone. Even though the guy was really polite, I find it very unplite that they dont let you charge your phone. I was not going to stay 2hs, just 30min or so while I had y coffee and I was not qorking, just a tourist running out of bat :( Even more when I’m paying 1.300Y for a coffe and a...
