Craft Burger co. — Restaurant in Osaka

I would have included a photo, but the extraordinary cheese burger I had at Craft Burger didn't last long enough on my plate.

So many burger makers feel the need to add spices to their meat in some misguided attempt to make their burgers special. Craft Burger makes a simple and perfect burger that really lets the meat speak for itself. A bit crisp and char-grilled on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Didn't encounter a bit of unchewable cartilage like I often do at other places.

Its the details that set the great ones apart. The bun is a crutial but underappreciated factor in the art of burger. Craft Burger nailed it. The texture and consistency enough to support the meat and condiments throughout the meal, but soft enough that it yielded easily to the bite without squeezing the contents out the other side.

Interesting to see that the tables were not piled with condiments, nor were any provided beyond what came on the burger. Being a ketchup fan, I was apprehensive at first. But with the flavorful meat, mild unground mustard with seeds that popped pleasantly while chewing, tangy pickle, and juicy tomato, I was not at all compelled to doctor this already perfect burger.

I have visited Craft Burger Co for two days in a row! The restaurant’s pleasant environment, its quality cuisine, and its kind staff will not fail to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve ordered Truffle Potatoes, a Coke, and a Craft Cheeseburger with french fries on the side.

The french fries had a pleasant taste and a flawless texture. Craft Burger Co’s french fries have been my favorite until now. Their soft insides, their firm surfaces, and their incredible flavor are an excellent combination with ketchup, served as Truffle Potatoes, or even alone. The Coke was served at the right temperature (with a thin lemon slice inside as a decoration 😊). The burger was great! The mustard seeds’ gentle blast gave it a unique flavor. The lettuce leaves were carefully organized inside the burger. The burger’s vegetables had an incredible texture and flavor. The meat had a marvelous taste and a soft texture. The cheese was wonderful too. The bread was fluffy and nice 🥰.

It was such a great experience! I hope to repeat it...
