Craft Beer Works Kamikaze — Restaurant in Osaka

Fantastic location with a personnel that sadly isn’t up for the task. Unattentive and stressed, you will have to be pushy to get your order trough. The arguably biggest strength of the establishment is its variety of beer. The option of testing 4 of the beers on offering, for a significant discount is great and was also very popular with other guest. Now a problem arises when the demand is obviously high but you can offer this only to a handful of guest. When polity asking why it wasn’t offered (while ordering, they simply said “not available“) I got an aggravated response of seemingly lacking glasses. I went there tonight around 10pm. Then me and my partner ordered beer flights. Everything we chose for flights were tasty beers except for one beer. When we paid for the bill, I asked a bar guy about this one beer which we felt was quite off, if it’s originally like this or not. His reply was just it is okay no problem. But he didn’t ask why we felt weird, why it tastes like that and even check the taste of that beer. I’m quite disappointed with this behavior since they charge high price for their beers and any beer places can have bad conditioned beers because of whatever reasons are. Hope they have a better reaction to customer’s voice.

Our second home in Osaka. We stayed in Osaka for 6 days and went to Kamikaze 3 times! The staff is super nice, even if you can only speak just a tiny amount Japanese! We communicated with google translate without any issues. They were fun, attentive and gave us some nice suggestions for Osaka! They also have vegetarian options for food and everything we ate there was really good! All beers and White Wine Spritzer were 🔥🔥🔥 we gave the guys there some Austrian sweets and got a message when they tried it from them on Instagram telling us that they liked it. Hopefully we’ll meet again...
