ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS HOTELTravelers, “safe your money” away from this hotel. These losers who works at VIA INN don’t speak a word of English. If you don’t speak Japanese, this hotel will be incapable of providing you with any service because these losers cannot even communicating with you except Japanese. To via inn, Loser Attitude from Front desk:Seriously where’d you guys hire these two piece of sht ?! (Check out those 2 clowns from attached) Their service is basically no service with shtty English level. They should be “Fire” for the well-being of your future business. If you are not here to serve your customers then don’t call it a place for service because “Service is what you earn”.I am sure these 2 losers don’t speak a word of English when they visit USA but sign language perhaps. Keep that loser’s attitude as you go along your life. I’m sure your mom will be proud of y’all~My special Lecture to via inn hotel:you don’t go about earning traveler's money by taking that BS service for granted.Travelers come in Japan are not here to learn Japanese. It is absurd that your service does not provide a proper international language - English. Travelers are here to have vocation and not for giving a sht for nonsense like this.Ridiculous experience: Upon check-in the via inn hotel, there are 2retarded staff seem to be poorly trained after asking them to check in at an earlier time. The guy stuttered by keep saying ‘passport’ 10times consecutively and after that telling me checkin time is at 3pm. Laugh back at me after I told him to speak clear English. The old ugly lady came by swing that stupid translator to my face telling me that “This is Japan and this is Japan hotel” I don’t get what the fuċk is this old ugly bitċh trying to say? Is she trying to say I’m not welcome to this fuċking hotel because I’m not Japanese or is it because their tiny brain is too retarded to catch up on what I’m saying lol? Otherwise this ugly old ċunt totally sounds like a fuċking loser she basically give herself an excuse for her inability to cope with another language ?Listen ! You retards. You got to learn this fact and mark it in your note. “Language is tool for you to communicate around the world but it’s not there to retain your national pride even more so it’s not an excuse for you to be such a loser not to learn a new language”. Amenity: well this place basically don’t provide any amenities because they’re cheap . They want you to go downstairs to grab whatever that they have left over. In comparison with other hotel: this hotel provide only one pillow, one towel, one bath towel, everything they provide they provide in a single unit whereas the other Japanese hotel, even if you rent it as a single person it will still provide you with two pillows that they have they give you double. ** IMPORTANT To you as a traveler: Guys if you visit Osaka be considerate when coming to this shi*ty hotel. Their brain is So Retarded they have no space for other language except Japanese. Not only they speak and behave in front of you like a fuċken retard but also they talk * behind your back. It is almost like gossip and being useless is their only skill. Enjoy coming to this hotel if you’re willing to enjoy what I mentioned...

A lot of charging ports, bright room (with several warm spotlights👍🏼)

Storage lockers are very convenient but can be used by the public too as they do not check. It is used frequently so do store it when you arrive.

Location is central and convenient, nearest station exit is exit 2 yotsubashi station but do note there is no lift at that exit~ Its 1 stop from Namba (near dotonbori)!

Aeon supermarket and mcdonalds are along the same street. 👍🏼 There are a few nice cafes nearby.

I stayed for 1 night and paid 200 yen for tax accomodation fee (lower than another 3 star hotel I stayed in Tokyo) which some Osaka hotels require upon check in.

Their buffet breakfast last order is 9.30am which is a little early for me, went for breakfast at around 9.15am on a saturday and they stopped topping up food by then. Some dishes had very little left like the steamed fish and udon bowls so do take note. :)

The lobby has few seats which can be easily taken up before check in time at 3pm, so you can also sit at Aeon supermarket next door or you can try mcdonalds along the same street.

The 1st floor of the building is quite spacious for meeting and has a heater which is nice.

Aeon supermarket next door has thermo flasks that you can use to fill your bottle if you need hot water as well !

Service at front desk can be better and more welcoming such as when guests enter as we will walk past the front desk to the lift.

Overall...

We truly enjoyed our stay at one of the best hotels in Japan! The front desk and morning buffet staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles every time they saw us. Our room was very spacious (by Japan's standards), spotless, and the bed was oh-so-comfortable! We appreciated having plenty of outlets to charge our devices, and the in-room refrigerator was perfect for keeping our snacks handy. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right above a grocery store and the entrance to Yotsubashi Station. If you arrive with lots of luggage, you’ll find the elevator to the station just across from McDonald's. And if you're an early bird, don't miss out on the self-serve luggage storage system! The hotel also offers four washing machines that come with detergent ready to go. Lastly, be sure to explore the delightful neighborhood restaurants located behind the hotel. Most of them are charming, family-run spots that serve amazing food. We’re so happy we chose...

Location - Located at interchange station between 3 Osaka metro lines. - Right beside Yotsubashi station (blue line) - Shinsaibashi station of the main Midosuji line (red line) is approximately 5 - 8 minutes walk via underground. - Plenty of convenient stores, branded shops, malls within short distance. - Nearby Shinsaibashi shopping street where you can comfortably walk down to Namba. - Shin Osaka station (for Shinkansen) is also easily connected via the Midosuji subway line. Rooms - New, clean, bright and contemporary. - Compact but fit couple comfortably. - Smart TV in room with live status of laundry usage (very convenient) - Self service amenities available at lobby. Service - Easy, hassle free. - Staffs are also kind enough to temporarily keep our luggage.
