An extraordinary meal. You can really tell how much thought and care goes into every element of each dish. And that extends to the tableware. They had the most beautiful water glasses I’ve ever seen. They served us a sweet potato soup that completely blew me away. I didn’t even think sweet potato soup could taste that good — and I liked sweet potato soup before this! The fish dish was also incredible. That’s what I love about restaurants where the chef is so deeply committed to their craft — you taste the passion and creativity in every bite.
