A true hidden gem in Osaka that deserves Michelin attention
I had the 12 course omakase at Ishigatsuji Yuino (石ヶ辻 ゆいの) near Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka, and it was simply extraordinary. Chef Yasuo Yuino (結野 安雄) has over 30 years of culinary experience, including 16 years apprenticing under one of Japan’s most respected kaiseki masters before opening his own restaurant six years ago.
