Your standard pork cutlet. Not particularly tender, not filled with extensive flavor, the breading is just the bare minimum, but it was still a satisfactory crunch, the sauce is rather tasty (for my Korean Katsu) and very filling. A safe place to eat that is in a convenient spot that will fill you up for a slightly expensive price, but nothing exceptional. Service is fast and good and the ordering process is convenient and easy...

This review is biased since i only come here to eat the notorious KOREAN KATSUDON. if you are katsudon lover and you happen to love korean food culture too, i totally recommend you this rare mixture of a lunch.

本日より北新地エリアは卒業し、約二ヶ月間限定ですが新たな中崎西エリアにてレビューをしていきますので、皆様宜しくお願いします(^o^)/

今回は神戸エリア時代に何度か行った事のあるこちら！いつの間にか大阪は難波にもあるんですね（笑）なんせ超久しぶりだったので突撃！

メニューを見てビックリW(0)W 王道の玉子とじかつ丼の豚カツの種類が2種ありますやん！肉肉しい肩ロースか、あっさりの背ロースから選びます。

やはり創業の味の肩ロースを選択し、せっかくなので小豆島で何度も食べてる生そうめんも食べたかったので『おすすめセット（肩ロース玉子とじかつ丼+ミニ生そうめん温）』いただきましたぁ〜！

玉ねぎを使用していない、門外不出の出汁で煮込んだかつ丼は衣はしんなりしてますがカツとの一体感は抜群！はがれない(⁰▿⁰) 肩ロースは厚みもあり、ジューシーで美味しく、オーソドックスな味わい！出汁の濃さもちょうど良い感じですね。

生そうめんは湯がき時間がやや長かったのか、残念ながら乾麺との違いは分からない感じでした。 ただ、あご出汁を使用した出汁は美味しい！ミニは量的に少な過ぎて約15秒程で完食（笑） 間違いなく生そうめんは冷製を食べないとですね。
