The food is just fine, meat is fresh. the restaurant stuff is very polite and nice but can speak very limited English, we just use Google translate to communicate.

A fun thing is: My girlfriend brought a very old(the year I was born) and rare and expensive white wine to celebrate my birthday. The lady in the store broke the cork since it’s too old, and with that situation we ask to have a decanter to filter the cork and they said they don’t have wine decanter and provide us a tea pot with metal filter to filter the broken cork. It feels strange when a decent restaurant with full of selection of red and white wine doesn’t serve decanter. We eventually ask for a random container to pour our wine and cool it. They charged us 3000 yan for corkage fee and didn’t waive it for us. To me, they are not professional about wine at all but they are very patient and polite.

Highly recommend the store owner to buy some decanter for customers especially when you sell that many kind of wines.

Also highly recommend restaurant stuff to put not only ice but also water in the ice bucket to better cool down...

This was quite a high-end yakiniku restaurant. From the very beginning, they let us choose our own chopsticks, and the selection of meats was excellent, everything felt thoughtful and refined.

Our first server, a cute professional female, was incredibly professional and skilled. She grilled the meats perfectly for us and explained everything with body language. We were really impressed and enjoying the meal.

However, midway through the dinner, another server took over and unfortunately, the difference was noticeable. The meat was overcooked and the textures were completely off. It was a disappointing way to end what started as a wonderful experience.

If a server isn’t confident in handling the grill, I think it would be better for them to ask a colleague for help rather than insist on doing it poorly. The final part of the meal really changed the overall impression.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations—flavor, service, food presentation, and hospitality were truly the best we’ve ever had. Every dish was perfectly prepared at our table, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took the time to explain each item on our course, how it’s traditionally eaten, and made sure our two pre-teens felt just as engaged in the experience.

The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and the service easily ranks #1 on my list. Despite the language barrier (we speak no Japanese) the staff did an amazing job translating and guiding us through the meal, making it both seamless and unforgettable.
