Their Tori-paitan Gyokai Ramen is really nice. The soup has the natural sweetness of the chicken broth and the deepness of the seafood stock. The noodles are semi-thick and goes well with the soup. Also the Chasiu meat is lightly torched giving it a nice aroma. The Tsukemen is also great with thick noodles that have a springy texture that are eaten with a broth blended from chicken and seafood stock. The store is kind of small though so better come early before it...

I had a 8 day holiday in Osaka, this is my first Ramen house in day 1. And I have also tried many other Ramen houses on the other day. I return to this ramen house in the last day.
