NORTH tRunk(ノース トランク) — Restaurant in Osaka

A disaster. We were 8 persons but 2 of us couldn’t have dinner. They brought the dishes with a difference of 15 minutes between each other, when one finished eating they brought another dish. Almost 2 hours to bring 6 dishes. They didn't even bring two dishes, so two people couldn't have dinner. We tried to talk to the waiters in English but none of them knew, so we resorted to using the Japanese translator. When we left they started laughing at us. Unfortunate I don't recommend it.

Also to comment; the burrata with season fruit was shameful, not the same as the picture, very very very very small, it looks like a joke. I should take a picture and...

We visited as a group of 6 around 5:30pm and the service was the WORST I have ever experienced. So bad you couldn’t even joke about it. What an absolute waste of a beautiful space. The service at McDonald’s is better than this. Not a welcome on entry, no explanation that it’s QR code ordering ONLY and absolutely rubbish attitude from all the staff but one young girl. As for the food, the appetisers were nice however the mains were quite salty. Definitely won’t be visiting again.

夏休み中の平日ランチに子どもと利用しました。 まず、案内待ちの時点から最悪。 子どもが、入り口前に立っていたところ、料理を運ぶ男性のスタッフが「こちら側でお待ちください」と、強めの口調でまるで注意されたような印象でした。

たしかに、邪魔になる位置だったのかもしれませんが、それであれば、見て分かるような案内を掲示すべきですし、初めて来店する側からしたら、その位置が料理を運ぶ際の動線になるだなんて知る由がありません。ましてや、会計をしている別のスタッフもいましたが、「少々お待ちください」の一言もありませんでした。

また、パスタと本日のランチ、オムライスと計3点オーダーしましたが、料理が出てくる間隔が空きすぎてます。 そこまで料理オーダーが重なっているような状況でもなさそうでしたが、ゆっくりパスタを食べ始めて食べ終わるまで、子どものオムライスが出て来ず、しびれを切らして、オーダーが通ってるか確認したところ、すぐ出てきましたが、子どもでも分かるくらいに、すでに冷めていました。 明らかに提供忘れだとは思いましたが、そこから作り直してもらうのももう待てず、仕方なく頂きましたが、あの値段でこのレベルかと思うと、再来はなしです。

サラダも、野菜も器も全く冷えておらず、シャキシャキ感がいまいちでした。

また、何度も「店員を呼ぶ」ボタンを押しても、3回押して諦めかけたころに、ようやく来る・・という遅さもとても残念です。 極めつけには、レジのスタッフが、クレジットのお客様控えを渡し忘れられ、こちらが指摘しても全く謝ることもなく渡されました。 地方再生に力を入れている企業精神に感銘をうけ、微力ながらに株を保有しており、最近も買い増したところですが、時期を見て手放そうかと思うほど残念なランチタイムとなりました。 梅田でおいしくてサービスもいいお店、も...
