a very quaint cafe with a cute cat

but the attitude from the older lady was poor. we had to translate the menu because it had only japanese, and we got scolded as she thought we were taking pictures of the menu

staff treated us coldly as we were foreigners

we were excited to try the menu but we did not eat here in the end

edit: After seeing owner's reply, i suggest putting a sign that says "no foreigners" if you dont want non-japanese to dine at your establishment. Tone down your attitude and humble yourself. You run a cafe, not a private restaurant. 1 star is for the cat, the entire...

Was greeted poorly right from the start and was shown an attitude throughout the whole time inside. Got scolded to 'not take photos' when I was just translating the full Japanese menu.

Left without ordering anything as the owner shouted "no food" to us.

Maybe put up a sign that says 'No Foreigners' if you don't want to entertain such guests.

So much for running a cafe. Please...

かわいい猫ちゃんが店先で座っていたのと、店内の雰囲気が好み過ぎて入店したのですが、店員さんの開口一番が『食事は出来ませんけど？』と愛想悪く言われ、どこに座ろうか悩んで奥に進むと（2人で来店）『奥は1人掛けしかありませんよ！』と。"桜と蜂蜜ティー”を注文したのですが、『桜の塩漬けを入れてるので、桜餅が苦手な人は無理です』と決めつけるように言われ、なんだか人を選ぶお店で、私達は迷惑だったのかと思えるような接客態度をされました。 ドリンクはとても美味しかったし、お店も素敵だし、猫ちゃん達はとても可愛かったのに非常に残念でした。 勘違いされやすい店員さんなんでしょうが、もう二度と行かないと思います。 ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ 店長さんのコメント拝見しました。 素敵なお店だなぁと感動して入店してきた客に対して終始喧嘩を売るような強い口調で言われれば文句を言いたくもなります。 過去のコメントを見ても同じような感想の方が多いですね。 それに対して反省する事がないのはある意味素晴らしいです。 私のコメントに悪い感想しかないのは、よほど我慢が出来なくなるほどの対応をされた時だけコメントをするようにしているからです。 それでも良かった点も書いてます！ といっても、こちらでまだ3軒目です。 こちらのお店へのコメントに比べれば少ないでしょう？ 素敵なお店にはコメントをせず、何度も足を運び、売上げ貢献をさせて頂き、自分の口でお店の方に感想を伝えております。 私の過去を調べる前に、ご自分のお店の過去のコメントを見返して反...
