PIZZA423 — Restaurant in Osaka

I was seated very quickly and the staff were attentive. After ordering, my drink arrived immediately, followed by the food.

The place seems to specialise more towards Pizza, but I ordered spaghetti Bolognese and I don't regret doing it. Overall, the food was tasty but I felt the minced meat lacked a bit of juiciness - wasn't a deal breaker though.

The interior is very nice and fancy, but the restaurant (along with the entire food hall) is located below a train line, which means it can get a bit loud every time a train passes. This was by no means something that bothered me, but it's worth keeping in mind if you're looking for a place...

Pizza crust was baked well and held the wet ingredients without getting soggy. Unfortunately, not a lot of flavour from the dough or toppings. Truffle fries were stale and lacked seasoning. Arancinis were the best dish we had, crispy and served with a mushroom cream sauce and a slice of prosciutto, making it good value for the price.

Service was solid with the exception of the food coming out in a weird order. Restaurant being under a railway didn't help as every 15 mins there would be a train drowning out all other sounds, making it quite disruptive to...
