We stumbled upon this new ramen place while passing by the DCM.
The menu exclusively features lobster broth ramen: ¥2000 for the version without lobster and ¥5500 for the one with lobster and abalone. You can choose between miso (味噌) or soy sauce (醬油) seasoning and select the noodle texture—either al dente (硬), regular (普通), or soft (軟).
¥2000 for a bowl of ramen seems a bit pricey, but once I tasted the lobster broth, I realized it was worth every yen. The lobster flavor (umami) was so vivid, as if thousands of lobsters were doing the backstroke in my mouth.

I'll leave the KIWAMI for next time, and this time, I ordered the regular miso-flavored version. The full-bodied aroma and delicious flavor spread throughout my mouth when I sipped the mellow, rich soup. The noodles and soup were well-blended and so tasty that I couldn't stop eating. I enjoyed the change in flavor from the spices as I ate the noodles in one go. The risotto I made by adding rice to the remaining soup was also delicious and full of the lobster's rich flavor.
