TL;DR - Extremely deep flavor. Service is beyond perfection. Totally amazed, would revisit Osaka for this specific ramen.

I went to this store alone on a saturday night, it was 6:55 when I arrived. I have read that this place needs a lot of waiting, but luckily there was one seat left.

I ordered the ่‚‰ใ‹ใ‘, ramen with extra pork. The pork is unbelievably soft, it will literally melt down in your mouth. Not only that, the broth is super, super deep. The noodle is somewhat average compared to these two, but its' synergy with them is absolutely amazing.

The waitress here is extremely polite. She will help you in many ways, but most of all, when you leave the place, she will open the door for you and make a very, very warm goodbye. She won't leave the door until you show her your back. High respect for her professionalism.

Overall, it's a must-visit place whether you are a ramen lover or not. It's just a 20 minute walk from Umeda station, I see no reason to not visit here. I am seriously considering to visit again here in like, 2 days.

CAUTION: This place prohibits 3 things - cell phones, earphones, smoking. Please be aware before you visit. (Yet, I think taking photos of the dish-that is, using the phone for a short...

If you're into fish based broths, you'll probably like the ramen at this restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait before we could get inside, and then another wait after we bought our tickets from the vending machine. The waitress was nice. The first button on the vending machine(top left) is the basic ramen. That's what I ordered. They also have tsukemen, which is noodles you dip into the broth as you eat. They served us pork topped tofu while we were waiting for our ramen, which tasted pretty good. The ramen was also pretty good. It comes with a small fish on top, but my Japanese friend told me it's garnish and they don't expect you to eat it. But the pork was generously sized, and the noodles were delicious and thick. A very nice restaurant, I...

Even though I had just finished another bowl half an hour ago, as a carnivore, I still had to add extra chashu.

The dried sardine soy sauce broth with fish powder has absolutely no bitterness. The intensity of the dried sardine flavor is probably exponentially stronger than Taishi Hongyi.

The chashu melts in your mouth, the thin noodles hold the soup well, and the green onions are cut in a very unique way. However, I feel the spinach and small fish didn't add much value.

When I left, the staff followed me outside to say thank you again before going back in. Walking several streets away, I suddenly realized the aroma in my mouth was actually more fragrant than when I was eating it. Really impressive!

Highly...

" ๋ผ๊ณ  ์ €๋Š” ์ƒ๊ฐํ•ฉ๋‹ˆ๋‹ค. (Yet, I think taking photos of the dish-that is, using the phone for a short time-would be fine.)

A very nice restaurant, I recommend it.

Highly recommended!
