Saizeriya — Restaurant in Osaka

I love saizeriya. It's affordable, and delicious. However I visited this branch for the first time and wouldn't come back again. When I reached the shop, there was a staff by the door inside, she saw me come and decided to return to the back area, didn't offer to open the door, not even a smile on her face or at least even welcomed me. Then when I entered, myself, there was another staff probably working in something at the cashier. She also didn't greet me (usually customers will be greeted with a warm smile and shown to their table) and she just stood there. It wasn't peak hour (4pm) so over half the restaurant was empty, I wasn't shown to my table so I asked if I can just sit wherever I want and that was when she escorted me to a table. Food was excellent as always. The waiter who would bring my order was very polite and would always check if all my orders were delivered. Shop is maybe a little bit dark...

For what it was it was fine. You scan QR code and open the app menu and the paper menu has numbers for each item. If you want this pizza you type in the four digit code. Hit send and your order comes to your table. No Japanese required. I had a salad and the rice with marinara and cheese and the drink bar for 900 yen. It was fine for the price. But for 900 you can get a decent gyudon at other lower cost places. The place was packed though with tourist and locals and probably what were college kids on a tight budget. Cannot complain for the value and...

Great place to enjoy delicious meal at reasonable prices.

Pasta was cooked just right. Cooked thoroughly, firm and not mushy. Vongole spaghetti has lots of clams. Would’ve preferred more garlic, but still very tasty.

The lamb was also good. Bread was toasted to a nice crunchy on the outside and warm and chewy inside.

Delicious food. Excellent value. Would come again and try the other items...
