Service sucks for what’s its worth. Suggest the team to work on their service levels if they want to target the premium sake/ premium crowd .

1. lady who seems to be the cashier or person in charge has a face that is perpetually black and angry. Despite the bill being close to 20000 yen. Seems like we owe her for the visit ?
2. have got to ask for a bucket to chill the bottled sake we purchase ? Team working doesn’t seem to have the common sense or have initiative to provide nice bucket when a premium bottle was purchased
3. having experimented finer dining, feel that this place is not worth its hype. For the amount you are paying . Suggest you go to other places who are more hungry for business. Exceptional. Sake Nerd is truly one of a kind and the best food I’ve had in the last 10 years. The culinary skills for each dish we tried was a masterclass in cooking, to cook octopus skin with precision takes supreme skill - the taste was perfectly balanced between smoky and salty. This is such a difficult balance to achieve and really credit must be given by any who have the fortune to go to this establishment. The sake was amazing, presented wth care and consideration only of the best n the business.
