Starbucks Coffee - Abeno Hoop — Restaurant in Osaka

I come here frequently enough and often order the same drink. On Aug 12 at around 6pm I came and ordered the same drink I normally get. A bunch of young staff working behind the counter busying chatting amoungs themselves. Once I got my drink, I knew they had messed up. The drink has more than double the liquid sugar compared to normal. I tried the drink anyways but after 2 sips I knew this drink was made incorrectly. I went back to request they remake the drink and the staff who remade the drink had talk back to me and ask "is there a correct way to make the drink?"

I hope higher management sees this and give some better training...

WiFi availability...okay so here's the deal, there is free wifi, but if you don't already have connectivity to begin with you won't be able to register and create an account in order to connect to their wifi. so basically you need wifi in order to connect to their wifi, otherwise you're screwed. same deal with all starbucks in japan. Very nice interior but the coffee(or at least the cappuccinos) aren’t consistent in anyway. One day you’ll get a nice cup followed by a few days of basically hot milk...You can tell as soon as you pick it up, it weighs twice as much.
