Found this light cafe in Tennoji on a cold day. The strange panna cotta puppy was the big pull so ordered that with a Marocchino. The weird puppy dessert was beautiful and terrifying as I tore it apart. I did indeed feel like a monster, however the Panna cotta was rather plain. The strangely presented puddle of blood jam did go well with it, though maybe if there was a larger assortment of condiments to try with the doggy limbs it would have been more worth it. A cute cafe right across the street from the Q's Mall. Friendly and very attentive waitstaff. There is a smoking and nonsmoking section, BUT they are not actually separated, so you WILL smell cigarette smoke. Also, the overhead ceiling spotlights in the nonsmoking area near the front are extremely bright. A coffee is quite a small cup. 300JPY if you order it as part of a sandwich or cake set.
