Found this light cafe in Tennoji on a cold day. The strange panna cotta puppy was the big pull so ordered that with a Marocchino. The weird puppy dessert was beautiful and terrifying as I tore it apart. I did indeed feel like a monster, however the Panna cotta was rather plain. There is a smoking and nonsmoking section, BUT they are not actually separated, so you WILL smell cigarette smoke.
