Starbucks Coffee - JR Shin-Osaka arde! — Restaurant in Osaka

This Starbucks changed my impression about Starbucks. I arrived at 6:50 and it was already open! That has saved me 30 minutes. I like to have a coffee before boarding the train so I usually have a coffee when they open at 7:00. I really means a lot to me that it opens at 6:30.

The early morning staff were lovely too. Intelligent, smart and just lovely to interact with.

持ち帰りでシュガードーナツ温め、シナモンパウダーを上からかけていただくように注文をした際、レジでは承諾を得てお会計まで済みました。バーカウンター前でドリンクを待っていると、黒髪ショートの体格がよいバリスタさんに、「持ち帰りでシナモンパウダーがけはできないです。」と言われました。私は温めていないドーナツにシナモンパウダーをかけても表面がサラサラで密着しないと考え、温めていただくようにお願いした意図があったので、「シナモンパウダーをかけることができないのであれば、温めていないものをください。」とお伝えしました。 するとそのバリスタさんは、「もうドーナツは温めてしまったので、今回は特別にシナモンパウダーがけでお渡しします。」と温めて時間の経ったシュガードーナツの上からシナモンパウダーをかけて渡されました。 そのバリスタさんの言い方がとても高圧的であったこと、また私がドーナツを温めていないものが欲しいと要望した際、「もう温めてしまったから無理だ」というニュアンスの言い方をされたことがとても不愉快でした。 レジの方がテイクアウトでシナモンパウダーがけが無理であると言うことを知らなかったことについてはなんとも思いません。 その黒髪ショートのバリスタさんの対応がとても不愉快だったので、サードプレイスを提供しているスターバックスのパートナーとしてあるべき姿ではないと感じ、口コミをさせていただきました。 この口コミが目に止まり、その方の接客が少しでも改善されることを願っております。 頑張ってください。
