i ordered salt ramen premium for 1500 baht and orange juice at 300 baht, there is actually not much choice of restaurant or food stall within the gate area, that is, not outside of shin osake shinkashen station and i felt kind of hungry after arrival at the station, well the ramen looks and in fact quite yummy, although 1500 baht seems a bit high? to me, in fact i like the unique ramen with a light, clear broth, seasoned mainly with salt, shio in japanese language, and shioji probably means something related to sea tide, sea salt… so here ramen refer...

Really here for the green onion Ramen, and was quite disappointed as it was actually leek instead of spring onion which would be more flavorful. Soup was soyu based and bit salty, and was covered in a layer of?Onion oil? Noodle is only so so. Not much service to speak of. Located in the shinkansen station so very convenient for a quick slurp...
