I’d like that most of the restaurants are in the train station. You enter the restaurant and purchase your food by buying a ticket from a machine. The machine shows you pictures of the food. You can order Gyoza or extra things for your noodles and then give your ticket to the employee who seats you.

The server was very nice. There’s baskets to hold your backpacks on your purse. You just sit and wait till the server brings you your food.

Noodles were awesome. The service was very fast. The waitress even said she was sorry for the wait although we didn’t wait long at all.

I really enjoyed my meal and I will definitely...

Purchase your meals on the machine at the entrance, show the tickects to the friendly staff and before you know it food’s served. Ramen broth is tasty and very authentic. Staff are quick and helpful. Bumped into this shop by accident because we wanted to try ramen, this shop is specialty on chicken broth ramen but the best order we tried was the pork tendon egg mayo rice! 大阪堺の名店「龍旗信」系列のお店で、駅ナカなので気軽にうまいラーメンが食べられます。 席は対面（ついたてを挟んだ）カウンター10席ほどと、壁際のカウンター6席？くらいと、4人がけテーブルが4台くらい。 急いでいたのでお手洗いの有無は確認していませんがいずれにしても駅のお手伝いが使えるので問題なしでしょう。 入口の券売機で発券するスタイル。 鶏×鶏、豚×塩、豚×豚、あと一つは忘れましたが！そんな感じでどれも目を引くメニューです。 やっぱり龍旗信といえば塩！と言いたいところですが、一番人気の鶏×鶏の特製を注文（1500円） 駅ナカなのでやや高いか… 到着まで10分近くかかり、新幹線の時間とにらめっこになったので精神衛生上良くなかったです… ただ、到着したラーメンは丼もあつあつ、麺スープもアツアツです！ 具材はネギ、味玉、あぶりメンマ、鶏チャーシュー、レモンです。キクラゲが1本だけ入っていたのですが、これは他のメニューのコンタミかと思います。（私はアレルギーもなく特に気にしないのですが人によっては注意かもです。） あぶりメンマはパンチもあって美味しいですが、ぶっとく1本だけなのでせめて序盤終盤で食べれるように2本欲しいですね笑 麺は透明感のある細麺で、鶏といえば昨今どろっとした白湯が人気ですが真逆をいくスーッと澄んだスープとの相性抜群！ 味玉も後で置いた冷えてる感じじゃなく、アツアツでした。 特筆すべきは鶏チャーシューですね。シットリ味もしみてこれだけ販売してほしいほど笑 スープは初手、薄いかな？と思ったのですが、あとから香りが立ち上ってくる！そして終盤レモンをつぶして香りプラス。 レモンの味が一人歩きせず非常にスープとのマッチングが良かった。 最後までアツアツなので美味しかった。 やはりコスパは良くないので星一つ落とします。 龍旗信系列なら、かつて存在した南海電鉄の三国ヶ丘駅内の「ススル」がダントツで好きでした。あれはどちらかといえば龍旗信らしさを打ち破る感じでしたが、こちらは龍旗信のスープづくりへの忠実さが感じられました。 もうあの味は食べられないのかぁとノスタルジックになりましたが、このお店も十分美味しいのでオススメです！
