Yanaken Boo Shinosaka — Restaurant in Osaka

The food here tasted good. But, there are a lot "but" about this restaurant. First, the price is a little higher than I thought. Second, there are several waiters all good but the tall one's attitude is not so good, I've been waiting my food for at least 30 min, and I also ask him 2-3 times when the food will come, he seems just ignore my request. Until I ask the other waitress finally answering my question! Third, when I finished my meal and wanted to pay the bill, they mis-add the money about 2000¥!!! When the tall waiter came to deal with this situation, he just check the food list then give me back the money he should have to, and I never hearing a word about sorry came from his mouth?! Yanaken Boo’s go-to dish is called katsuo tataki, which is bonito (skipjack tuna) that is lightly charred/seared on the outside and still a bit raw on the inside. It took 30 min for them to make a ghastly plate of red snapper and yellowtail sashimi. I tried to keep my expectations low but I had hoped for decent fish in Japan.
