The lady chef/owner was so rude. She dropped the coins/change on the floor "on purpose" and ignored it until I picked them up. She just said 'gomen~'. No sumimasen or gomennasai. I thought it was her mistake at that time. But when I asked my Japanese friend about this situation later, he said it was RACISM. He also said that "some" japanese tend to look down asian when they speak poor japanese without using English.

家庭的な和食の晩ごはんは、とても温かい気持ちになります。テーブルに並ぶ料理は、旬の野菜がたっぷりで、体にやさしい味。焼き魚は皮がパリッとして、中はふっくら。野菜も色とりどりで、とても新鮮です。 子ども用のごはんは、おにぎりがかわいく飾られていて、卵焼きやフルーツも入っていました。みんなそれぞれ、好みに合わせて少しずつ違うお皿です。 シェフのやさしさが感じられる、家庭の味の晩ごはんでした。 日式家庭料理，一向講究用心與溫度。 甫坐下，廚師便露出親切和藹的微笑，細聲問你食量口味，有點像鄉下媽媽打量兒女。桌前木板上，菜式一一列陣：一碗熱氣騰騰的米飯，一片少油且帶光澤的烤魚，還有一撮新鮮未調味的生菜、醃漬青瓜、醬菜，外加碗紅味噌湯，肚裏頓時溫暖起來。不用甚麼奢華擺盤，全部都是「可以安心給家人吃」的味道。 蔬菜佔了整張發板的近半——生菜、黃瓜、番茄、紫椰菜、南瓜、煮得剛好的洋蔥，顏色拼湊得自然又動人。每一口蔬菜都脆口鮮亮，天然的甘甜微微滲出，完全不假調味粉、只輕灑日式芝麻鹽，讓人越嚼越有滋味。烤魚選得巧妙，皮薄多汁，魚香明顯不腥，咬下去竟有淡淡柚皮清新味，這是家庭主婦才懂玩的細節。 孩子的飯盒則特別用心，飯團揉得小巧易入口，上頭裝飾一對胡蘿蔔眼睛，再插上一塊海苔旗幟，童趣盡現。小碗內甚至有幾塊鮮甜玉子燒和哈密瓜，替小朋友的味覺留了個柔軟收尾。這種「為家人每人匠心配菜」的貼心設計，正是家庭的溫度。 日式家庭廚師發板料理沒有刻意驚奇，但它深深滿足了「一家大小咩都啱啱好」的渴望。菜式輪流按人送上，孩子、老人、父母，各人都有專屬的那份小心思——人情味比任何味精調味都來得濃郁。吃完這頓，你會明白：所謂「名廚」其實就在家門內，真正精緻，是用愛和耐心調味，着重每一位食客的笑容與安穩。如此晚餐，暖胃更暖心，值得為它寫下多幾句讚美！
