The food was perfect. Beef was tender and flavorful. Portion size was just right to fill me up and not feel overstuffed.
The Hokkaido Beef came on a sizzling plate with a side portion to cook each slice more if wanted.
The staff were all great and were patient enough to overcome the language barrier of us not knowing how to speak Japanese. We used a translator app that helped. After guests leave, they clean the table, seat cushion and seat backs. Very attentive to detail and it shows when nothing felt sticky or oil coated.

It was impromptu that we decided to eat in New Sanko. My husband is a meat eater and my girls are cheese eater. This restaurant serve both of their likes. As the girls are not so hungry so they ordered the Hamburg cheese steak while my husband goes for his Hokkaido beef steak. It was to our surprise that the Hokkaido beef steak was perfectly marinated and the meat just melt in your mouth. The Hamburg was since as well but the highlights of the day was definitely the beef steak. A good place for a family to eat, The staff is very friendly and helpful, professional and quick to attend, but I only see around 3 people serving this big place, I suspect it will get busy when it's crowded
Food is okay, portion size is decent, price also still affordable, around 1.000-2.000 yen for standard menu, can be higher for more premium ingredients, there's a limited selection of rice menu, most of it was meat. I tried the burger and it was good, the patty is very soft and I get many other side dishes.
