An unassuming gyukatsu shop which is not commonly found in Hokkaido. The set comes with a beef cut of choice, refillable cabbage, curry sauce, rice and napa cabbage.

You can choose to eat the beef as rare as it is or grilled to cook to your liking. The beef was juicy, tender and melt in your mouth. I personally liked the curry sauce which complements the plain rice nicely. They also have a thermal flask filled with beef broth on table which had a strong umami taste.
