If you're in Sapporo and looking for an incredible tsukemen experience, I can't recommend this spot enough ! The broth was a rich, velvety blend of flavors, deep with umami, and perfectly balanced—not too salty, just satisfying and savory. The noodles were thick, chewy, and held up so well, creating a perfect bite every time you dip them in the soup. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and there’s such care in the preparation.

The ambiance added to the experience too, although it's a standing meal. It felt warm and welcoming, with the staff making sure everything was perfect. It’s the kind of place where locals and visitors alike can appreciate the artistry of a well-made bowl of tsukemen. Truly, it’s a must-try if...

Their special kelp Tsukemen immediately stood out with its refined presentation and depth of flavor. The noodles had a satisfying firmness, pairing beautifully with the clear yet umami-rich kelp broth. Toppings like the perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs, slices of chicken and pork, and a hint of lemon added layers of freshness and richness. It’s a bowl that balanced delicacy and heartiness at the same time. Their pork bowl was a delightful companion dish, simple but indulgent. Tender pork was topped with fresh green onions and a luscious raw egg yolk, creating a creamy texture when mixed together. It’s comforting and flavorful, an excellent side that rounded out the Tsukemen...

Arrived that day around 8 and checked in around 9PM only to be welcomed by a cold breeze, rain and snow so of course you will look for soup. Despite this I was still drawn by their tsukemen and there were no regrets. The food was carefully prepared by a team of two guys who are very friendly. A unique standing bar experience, add on the amazing playlist they have playing in the background. At the blink of an eye your soul is transported to a speakeasy standing only tsukemen bar! What a time to...

Went there for its konbusuitsukemen, which is still rather uncommon in Sapporo There are no seats and you have to stand while u eat the noodles (立食). The ship adopts cashless payment and you can pay by electronic means such as IC card (Suica Pasmo, etc.) The texture of the noodles is not too bad but the different charsius are somewhat similar and lackluster Opens till late at night, which seems to be a pretty standard feature for ramen shops in the Susukino area (More on Instagram: Gaga.bichon)
