In my humble opinion, this is the best coffee shop in sapporo. The owner makes delicious pour over coffee. You can tell he is passionate about his craft, and he does an amazing job of it.

Traditionally, I take cream and sugar in my coffees. This is not required here. The owner has his coffee method dialed in perfectly. I only drink it black and its delicious.

My recommendation is to get the specialty coffee of the day. You get something new and unexpected each day, and it keeps you coming back.

I'm astonished that this shop isn't more busy. His coffee is really wonderful. I can't wait to go...

Disappointed with this store’s dishonesty. I purchased 250g of coffee beans but received only 230g. Initially, I was excited to find a highly-rated store for quality coffee beans, but this experience was a letdown. Given the premium pricing, there is no reason to shortchange customers. I hope they improve their practices and maintain the trust of their customers.

Edit: I would like to revise my review after the owner kindly clarified the misunderstanding. I truly appreciate their prompt response and professionalism. After brewing the coffee, I found it to be very enjoyable and well-suited...

I got the “Top of Top specialty bean of the day” Guatemala Geisha and was utterly satisfied: the hot cup was fragrant with mellowy fruity aroma, and tasted just as good - fruity, bright but not overly acidic. To my surprise, the dried green mango served together with the cup greatly complimented it. You can also pick from about 10+ kinds of green bean available, and the owner will roast the micro batch on the spot right here with...
