This was my favorite ramen place in Sapporo! Hidden on the second floor (one level up from the street), when it opened at 19:00 I was the only one there in this tiny place that fits 8 people (a family came in after me). It’s a standing at a bar type place, no seats.

I ordered the special ginger salted ramen who's broth was rich with small pieces back fat that melts in your mouth. The salted ginger topping was similar to Hainan style chicken sauce and helped cut the richness of the broth. Noodles were firm and held up well.
