Best korean chicken place in Susukino area and very reasonable price.

○　What keeps me coming back are the Malah chicken and soy garlic chicken, which are absolute bomb 💣 they don't skimp on the sauces.

○　Chige is on the expensive side for the serving you get, but the flavor of the broth is pretty good. Decent spice level but definitely lowered for the Japanese taste.

○　Good service! Staff comes right away when called, not that you'd need to since they have tablets you can use to order (has English menu, too!) They were willing to take pictures for us. They even had a flashlight ready for it.

○　Not a fan of KPop, but I quite like the chill underground bar atmosphere of the place with its dark interior and neon lights. It's definitely not somewhere you'd go for a fancy night out, but it's great for a casual drink and food.

△　I've eaten tastier Yangneom chicken, but I'm not really a fan of Yangneom's sweet and spicy flavor anyway.

△　Cheese chijimi is pretty good; serving is not too big though and the quality of cheese is what you'd expect in Japan.

△　Drinks are pricey if you order them ala carte. I like getting my money's worth when I do nomihoudai (drink all you can), and while the price is pretty reasonable, it's hard to drink 1500 yen worth of soju without getting to drunk to get the bill. (a bottle of Soju costs about 300 yen)

☓　Kinba was so-so, and you'd have to eat it right away because the cheese gets hard once it's cold.

☓　Toppogi is not worth the price, but I've yet to find a restaurant that serves good enough toppogi to justify paying over 500 yen for a serving. I'd rather...

最低、最悪です。 デリバリーで注文しました。 トッポギとチーズキンパのセットや他にも注文しました。しかしチーズキンパだけ入っておらず、直接お店に問い合わせをしました。 一回目（19:28）にかけたところ、恐らく若めの男性の方から「担当者に折り返し電話をさせます。お名前と電話番号をお願いします」と、言われたため伝えました。 しかし待っても待っても連絡が来ないため2回目（19:43）をかけました。また先ほどと同じ方が出て「まだ折り返し無いですか？するように言います」と言われたので、待ちましたが今の今まで一切音沙汰無しです。（翌日の15時に記入しています） ちなみに1回目の電話をしてから1時間、料理には一切手をつけずに待ちました。

折角の北海道旅行楽しい思い出ばかりでした。しかしこの一件で私も不快な思いをしましたし、一緒に来ていた母もんー、、、という様子で「最後の締めくくりがこれかぁ」と、なりました。

チーズキンパの入れ忘れを確認するのに、何故そこまで時間がかかりますか？ ましてや、折り返しの電話って5分もかかりませんよね？100000万歩譲って、連絡が遅れたとしてもその日の営業時間内に連絡をするのが礼儀、常識じゃないですか？ 今の今まで何も音沙汰ありませんが、接客業をしているあなた方はそのような対応で良いのでしょうか？

料理うんぬんではなく、こういう対応しかできないお店というレッテルが貼られないよう気をつけた方がいいですよ。 料理がうまければ対応が雑でも、頼まれたものを出さなくてもいいなんて事、絶対ありませんからね。
