We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during our visit to Tohoku. Initially, we weren’t sure about its operating hours, so we called the owner — unfortunately, the restaurant was closed that day. When we asked if we could visit the next day, she mentioned it would be their regular holiday. However, after hearing that we were leaving Tohoku soon, she kindly offered to open the restaurant just for us.

We were deeply touched by such thoughtfulness and hospitality. They truly went above and beyond — opening the restaurant just for the two of us. It was the highest level of kindness and hospitality we experienced in Tohoku. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious — especially the beef rendang, which was...

This restaurant opened in May 2023. I was originally impressed by the rave reviews from others so I wanted to try it myself.

To welcome & greet you there is a very relaxed smooth jazz kind type of music filling the air.

Today I tried the Beef Rendang, Sate, BinTang beer and Indonesian Coffee.

The food has very nice flavor & spices. The beef is stewed for 6h and 16 spices are added to send you off to a culinary journey ! 😁

The Sate is sweet so it's very different from the hearty Beef Rendang.

I suggest to consult the hospitable staff if you are unsure what to choose.

Overall it's well worth the walk even in the cold weather...

I was extremely disappointed to have a meal over there after reading a lots of reviews, I took the Ayam Bakar (large) and hot koffee

About the chicken, it was dry, burned and overcooked, nothing like the original taste, Additionally the price was higher for that,

However service was quick, great for a party type gathering with 10-12 people.

The koffee was great but price was again not compatible with the quality.

It’s better if you choose chicken curry types items. But keep your expectations to a level zero so that you can be happy...
