We had the pleasure of dining here twice—once for lunch and once for dinner—as we were staying at a nearby hotel. Both experiences were absolutely wonderful.

The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Every detail was perfect.

I went to dinner at "Ikesu Enza Warouda" in Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture. THIS IS A Japan RESTAURANT ON THE GROUNDS OF HOTEL SHIRAHAMA KEY TERRACE HOTEL SEAMORE. I have tasted a high-class fish called kueh, which I have never eaten before.

Ho cenato al ristorante Ikesuwarouda, situato al primo piano del Key Terrace Hotel Seymour, e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole.

📍 Posizione & atmosfera: L’ambiente è moderno e raffinato, con un grande acquario (iketsu) visibile direttamente dal banco o da alcune aree con tavoli rialzati — un tocco elegante e rilassante con vista sul mare. 

🍣 Cibo: Piatti di mare curati nei dettagli, ideali per gli amanti del sushi e del pesce fresco. Il menù include anche il pregiato “kueh”, un pesce locale di alta qualità, e set pranzo particolarmente apprezzati, soprattutto durante periodi speciali come la Golden Week. 

👥 Servizio: Il personale è attento e gentile. Molti ospiti lodano l’accoglienza calma e professionale e si trovano bene anche famiglie con bambini piccoli.

久しぶりに伺いましたが、やはりここは最強に素晴らしいお店です。 電話してみると、ディナータイムは2部制になっているようで、19時45分から予約取れるとのことですが、いけす料理にするか、寿司カウンター席にするかを選ぶ必要がありました。 聞くと、いけす料理の方で寿司は食べることが出来ないと言われたので、寿司の方をお願いしました(実際は寿司定食食べられるようです) 超高級そうな16席だけの寿司カウンター席ですが、3,850円からコースがありました。 それはそれはどのお寿司も美味しくて感激レベルです。 夜なので景色はありませんが、目の前で握ってくれる雰囲気もすごく良いです。
