We saw Miyuki on Google Maps and asked our hotel to book it which made things easy. It was an easy 15 minute walk along the beach front.
We were made very welcome and had a very enjoyable evening learning about what we were eating and where it came from - mostly local from a friend.
We stared with shirako. Very adventurous but - oishi. Then had a large platter of sashimi - also oishi. Then the premium nigiri, very oishi! And followed by mixed tempura - delicious!
Our host offered us Matsutake Dobin Mushi which is a broth made from mushrooms and seafood. A type of digestive and very very oishi!
There was draft beer and a very good sake from Hiroshima. Our hostess offered as a glass of iced plum wine with a local plum that her mother had bottled. A very pleasant light drink to finish our meal.
