I opted for the omakase set, and the sushi was solid and well-balanced—no dramatic surprises, but you could taste the chef’s mastery in sushi shaping, shari seasoning, and sashimi preparation. The ingredients were fresh enough, though lacking a standout element that would truly elevate the meal.

The interior décor is simple yet elegant. I particularly liked the large cabinet displaying an array of tableware, both functional and aesthetically pleasing. One minor drawback was the proximity between the food preparation area and the dishwashing station—at times, the chef would be preparing food while the owner washed dishes right beside him, in full view of customers.
