◎Others: The stir-fried tofu is very well seasoned. The hard tofu is filled with yuba (dried bean curd), which gives it a unique texture.
◎Assorted Sashimi 1780 yen You will be surprised at the tenderness of the local octopus. The flounder is summery and delicious when served with sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit).
◎Duck with Kujo leeks ¥800 Duck, Kujo leeks, and tomatoes are stir-fried and served with a refreshing black vinegar sauce.
◎Assorted grilled skewers: 800 yen The saltiness of the skewers is excellent and brings out the flavor of the chicken.
◎Gundori chicken grilled with salt ¥1500 The crispy skin of the gamecock is wonderfully grilled. The thigh meat is chewy and gives you the satisfaction of eating meat.

Read moreA thoroughly enjoyable dinner. The food was top notch and matched the sake choices. (It is a sake lover's heaven.) The fried broad beans were fabulous; the sashimi fresh and well-chosen; in fact all the dishes had good balance and interesting flavours. The izakaya is also very clean and tidy and there is a clear sense of pride in making sure everything is perfect. The host was a very pleasing woman who gives much attention to the detail of running the evening.

間違いなく初見でのサービスは悪いです。 予約までして訪れたにも関わらず時間通りに行っていらっしゃいませの一言もなく、おしぼりが出てくるタイミングまで注文を待って頼んだにも関わらず何故か嫌そうな顔をされました。その後も注文で呼び止める度に嫌そうな顔をされました。顔に出てないと思っているのか、正直客商売をできるレベルでないので笑えます。
常連さんを大事にするのはもちろんだと思いますが、だからといって一見への対応が悪くていい理由にはなりません。
注文後も注文の何かが引っかかったのか、女将さんが大将に陰口。カウンターで気づかないと思っているのでしょうか? 大将の対応は普通だと思いました。一見さんとしゃべるタイプではないと思います。
料理は丁寧に作られており、美味しいです。雰囲気は普通の居酒屋 お酒は種類置いてますが特別美味しい日本酒を飲みに行く店ではないです。値段は高いという評価も見ますが、仕事の丁寧さを見るとむしろ安いと思います。
