凱風快晴is definitely a perfect place for tasty Japanese grilled chicken (yaki Tori 焼鳥)

Food: Juicy chicken with special seasoning ,and perfect scent of charcoal grill. Highly recommend: chicken wings, yaki tori, gizzard, cartilage, potato salad (shaped in a roll), cucumber with chili garlic sauce.

Drinks: special handcrafted beer, After Dark (dark ale), and the other two kinds of IPA. (You can taste the subtle and delicate Japanese taste). Ginger Ale is also great and one of a kind, smooth, fizzy and refreshing.

The atmosphere here is unique. All the staffs are very helpful and energetic. You can also feel their passion on food and service. Especially when 好きちゃん is working at the stove.

We ordered the English set menu but only got a fraction of it, and the waiter (who understood English) charged us double portions. We were too tired to argue, and ended up paying double for 2 drinks, 12screws, and 2sides. It’s not lots of money for us ofc but you felt unfairly treated and make me a bit uncomfortable and disappointed. The food was good, but the English set menu is overpriced and quite misleading. The price noted is per person and includes 2 drinks and 2 sides plus 7 skewers each; however, we only got one drink and one side each and a total of 12 skewers between us when it should have been 14. We only realised we'd missed out on a substantial part of the menu after leaving, otherwise we would have refused to pay the full amount. Definitely won't be back as I feel this is dishonest towards those who can't...
