After failing to get on the waitlist at some other Hida beef spots, we can across this place with no wait. They offered a Hida Beef Plate which gives you a variety of 4 cuts and we added a fillet separately.
The meat overall is incredible soft and fatty. It doesn't look like a lot of meat but because of how rich it is, it felt like enough. My preference in cuts were as follows: Fillet steak - best bite from both texture & tenderness Top-grade loin Sirloin steak Rump steak - a bit on the tougher side Top-grade short rib - too fatty and rich

I would say the restaurant isn’t bad at all. They offer different sets of Hida beef to try, and you can also order the beef without a set. We ordered a mixed set with various cuts of beef. All the beef was great, and some parts were so tender and soft.
The restaurant serves homemade sauce along with other sauces. Personally, I prefer just the sauce with a bit of salt.
