그 일본에서 예약이 가장 힘든 스시 집 중 하나라는 요쯔야 すし匠(스시쇼) 계열의 스시점이라 들었습니다. 얼마 전까지 신쥬쿠 남구 빅토리아 쪽에 있다가 올해에 이 쪽 요쯔야 쪽으로 가게를 이전 했다고 알고 있습니다.

すし匠와 마찬가지로 점심에 제공하는 바라찌라시가 맛 있다 해서 거의 1달 전에 미리 예약을 해서 부부동반으로 방문 했습니다.

바라찌라시 맛은 과연 소문 대로 맛 있었습니다. 집 사람 말이 동경 올 때 마다 방문 하고 싶다고 할 정도 입니다. 저는 직원 분께 추천 부탁 해서 사께 한 잔 같이 했는데 제공된 반슈 카라구찌가 어찌나 맛 있던지 아니 바라찌라시와 짝궁궁합이어서 놀랬습니다. 집 사람은 술이라곤 입에도 못 대는 사람인데도 그 사께 살짝 맛만 보고 넘 향 좋고 맛 있다고 하더라구요.

그리고 이 날 상당히 특이한 점이 있었습니다. 이 집 상당히 인기점이라 점심에 줄 선다고 들었는데 우리 식사 하는 동안에 아무도 들어오는 사람이 없었고 우리 두 사람만 전세 내서 식사를 했습니다.

나중에 하도 이상해서 물어보니까 "실은 가게에 갑자기 사정이 생겨서 요즘 점심 영업을 안 하는데 미리 예약 하신 손님을 . . . ." 하더군요. 그러니까 미리 예약하신 손님 자기 사정으로 퇴짜 놓을 수 없어서 우리 두 사람만을 위해서 점심에 문 열었다는 것 입니다. 솔직히 감동 했습니다. 이런게 일본의 오모테나시인가...

四ツ谷の老舗人気店！夜は２万コースの鮨店が織りなすランチはたったの3500円で楽しめる。オープン直後の11:30がオススメです。12時ごろから予約のお客さんやフリーのお客さんでほぼ満席になってました。

ランチメニューは「にぎり」、「ばらチラシ」の2種類。どちらも同じ値段ということもあってか、全員がにぎりを注文。

ネタはもちろん新鮮で引き締まっており、個人的には黒ムツ、赤身、トロ、玉子焼がとてもオススメです。シャリは気持ち大きめで、おなかもいっぱいに。
