The food is ok. Loved the free flow of bar drinks. The waiter was helpful. The only thing is when I went to pay my bill, before the cashier handed me the change, he looked as if he was asking something from me with one hand holding the change & another hand wide open. It is an okay place. I went when it was crowded and they were doing some Italian events. I think that the food is a bit overpriced. I got fries and a hamburger plate and the whole thing cost around 2,000 yen. Customer service is normal and the atmosphere is normal as well.
