This was my first time trying tsukemen-style ramen, where the noodles are dipped into a separate broth. The noodles were firm and chewy, and the dipping broth was rich and flavorful, though a bit heavy for my taste. The toppings, including the marinated egg, bean sprouts, and pork slices, were fresh and well-prepared.

The fried chicken (karaage) was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a nice zesty kick from the lemon wedge.

While the experience was interesting and enjoyable, it didn’t quite wow me. Still, it’s worth trying if you’re curious about tsukemen-style ramen.

You have to order with the KIOSK and unfortunately it didn’t has ENG language but the old staff can speak ENG very well and he is very nice and helpful to us! The Tsukemen is very good including Karaage and Gyoza. Everything is...
