This place is called Stamina Kitchen (when translated from Google Lens) and it is actually a Thai restaurant. The food is DELICIOUS! Better than most of the restaurants in the US that we have had.
Their lunch menu set items are very affordable. It comes with the main entree, soup, salad, a drink (non alcoholic) and a small dessert. We ate here twice and have tried both rice and noodle entrees and both are outstanding! On the way out, we asked if anyone speaks Thai there (since my wife speaks Thai) and turns out the chef is Thai. We complimented him on how delicious the food was.

The main dish was nice but the salad was really wet and the mabodofu was room temperature when it arrived.
