ワインバー caboulot enm.（カブロエン）神楽坂 — Restaurant in Tokyo

I celebrated my birthday here together with a uni friend, she's really sweet and she was the one who suggested we had dinner at this wine bar. To celebrate properly, as a good university student who lived in Venice, I ordered spritz, and then I wanted to order the risotto as well, but unfortunately, it wasn't a menu option anymore.... so I went for the mussels pici, which I warmly recommend as they are very tasty and slightly spicy, it's been a long time since I had them in Italy but the taste was pretty authentic. Then my friend also surprised me with a birthday cake and I don't think I could have had a more enjoyable...

Overall its a Disappointing Experience While I understand the space is small (which is fine), the overall experience was far below expectations for the price point.

Food:Nothing stood out as creative or memorable. The sous vide pork steak was surprisingly tough, and the appetizer platter lacked clarity – even the server couldn’t explain what was included. And then I got coriander and fish…which I really do not into.

Service: Extremely lacking. Staff forgot basic items like napkins and towels, and our water glasses were never refilled. Worse, multiple dishes we wanted were sold out – something that should have been mentioned when we made our same-day reservation.

For a place that markets itself as upscale, the execution fell flat. I wouldn’t return or...

日曜日の12時半頃訪問しました。 店内8席ほどで先客が6名でしたのでギリギリ入店出来ました。

女性のオーナーさんが1人で調理と接客をしております。とてもにこやかで丁寧な方でした。

ラムストロガノフ(¥1800)を注文。自家製パンかライスを選べるので自家製パンを選択しました。 連れはラザニアプレート(¥2000)を注文。

まずサラダのボリュームがすごくてびっくり。クミンシードの効いたキャロットラペが美味しかったです。 自家製パンは2種類。サクフワなライ麦パンともっちりな丸パン。ラムストロガノフによく合いました。 ラムストロガノフはキノコとラム肉がたっぷりでこってりクリーミー。熱々で美味しかったです！

連れの頼んだラザニアはチーズも挽肉もたっぷりでとても美味しかったです！付け合わせのデリは苺・ブドウ・生ハム・モッツァレラのカプレーゼでおしゃれ。

支払いはクレジットカードを使用しました。
