They were more than happy to assist and guide me through their impressive coffee menu, offering recommendations tailored to my preferences. The coffee was alright, the cinnamon was lacking and I didn’t taste any maple at all. Honestly just tasted like a regular latte with cinnamon on top, which was disappointing for the price. The actual coffee was tasty, however, so I would have been happy had I come for a simple latte.
I will note, we were in a group of three and therefore were asked to sit separately. This was fine as I’d assume that I’d be able to sit next to the other two when a seat became available, but the staff just continued to sit more people in when seats either side of my group became vacant. Each time they looked to me, as if to acknowledge they knew I wanted to move, but no effort was made to offer and people were invited inside before I could ask. I understand that it’s just business trying to get more people in, but it’s very disappointing nonetheless that once you’re in and have paid they’re not really bothered about your experience.

They have definitely created something so beautiful here, this is truth 😊🙏🏼 Second, the coffee and desserts are all delicious! My favourite is an Oat milk flat white and those incredibly delectable chocolate and cranberry scones. Last, but certainly not least, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the incredible staff members, who have such a wonderful attitude, and are always smiling and happy and treat all the customers with such love and compassion! They are truly what makes this place so special😊❤️🙏🏼
